Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Ellicottville, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Work performed under this contract includes renovations to the building and shall include but not be limited to the following: Miscellaneous general carpentry including installation of new interior doors and walls, flooring installation, interior painting, new cabinetry installation, and demonstration kitchen installation. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County is a tax-exempt organization. The Town Center is located at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY 14731. Each BID shall be accompanied by a certified check or BID bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the BID made payable to the "Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County". All Bid Bonds shall be on a form acceptable to the OWNER, duly executed by the BIDDER as Principal and having as surety thereon, a surety company approved by the OWNER. No BIDDER may withdraw their BID within forty-five (45) days of the BID Opening.
