Bonds must be written by an acceptable Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the Department of Treasury, Circular 570, latest edition. E-Verify and Bid number must be printed (written) on outside of proposal envelope. 02/22/2022 Deadline for written questions 03/04/2022 Award (approximate) The City of Byron reserves the right to reject the proposal of any Offeror violating this provision.
