Bid Forms, Plans and Specifications are on file at the office of Tioga County Housing Authority, 112 Dorsett Heights, Mansfield, Pa. 16933, and Foor and Associates, Architects, 5 East Wellsboro Street, Mansfield, Pa. 16933. If Contractors would like to view or order Documents online; and register under the TCHA 2021 Capital Grant Program Project. All bidders must register with Dataflow to receive addenda. Representatives of the Owner and Architect will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are encouraged to attend. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this project. HUD and the Tioga County Housing Authority encourages participation from MBE/WBE Prime and Subcontractors. The Tioga County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Tioga County Housing Authority. Bid Results- 1.
