Renovation of a residential development in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Bradford County Housing Authority, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds for all Bids. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this project. HUD and the Bradford County Housing Authority encourages participation from MBE/WBE Prime and Subcontractors The Bradford County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Bradford County Housing Authority. Bid Result.
