Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility; and educational facility.
Commonwealth University - Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to the removal of existing IT room HVAC equipment and related items and installation of new rack mounted air conditioning units, new hot aisle enclosure, and related items. Removal of existing emergency generator and related items and installation of new emergency generator, wiring, concrete pad, and related items. Modification of existing natural gas line to new generator location. Modification of existing emergency electrical distribution system. Installation of new privacy screening around new outdoor equipment area and installation of weed barrier and stone-ground cover.
