Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morton Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed improvement is officially known as the Village of Morton Grove Dempster Street Streetscape Improvements Project. This project will be financed by Village of Morton Grove funds. The Work included in this Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required for curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, pavement marking installation, lighting system removal and installation, landscaping and parkway restoration and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Contract Documents.
