Site work for a water / sewer project in Graysville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of 3,650 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe water main piping and all necessary appurtenances along Hendon Road. The new 6-inch water main will connect to the existing 6-inch waterline along Hendon Road and Graysville Road and extend to Hixon Lane. Another branch of 3,300 linear feet of 4-inch ductile iron pipe will be installed along HB Green Road and connecting to the main line along Hendon Road. The contractor shall coordinate with North West Utility District throughout the duration of work. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in the preparation of its Bid in response to this Invitation to Bid. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
