No Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for this solicitation. Questions shall be submitted to rfq@albemarle.org, and copy to vdanak@albemarle.org up to 5:00 pm on February 24, 2022, seven (7) days prior to the proposal due date. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Professional services procured via this RFP may be utilized by any department or division of Albemarle County Local Government or Albemarle County Public Schools. The primary departments utilizing these contracts will be the Department of Facilities and Environmental Services, the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Community Development, and the Department of Building Services for Public Schools. The selected firms shall furnish all expertise, labor, and resources in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the Virginia Construction & Professional Services Manual, and in accordance with COVID Guidelines (See Attachment I) to provide complete services necessary for Task Orders issued during the Contract Term Period of Contract: For One (1) Year from the Date of Award with the Option for FOUR (4) Additional One (1) Year Renewals
