Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Park City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking qualified architectural firms/teams to prepare and complete a program, conceptual designs and cost estimate for new indoor pickleball courts, fitness space, evaluation of two outdoor pools, spa, and building enclosure options to replace an existing tennis bubble at the existing Municipal Athletic Recreation Center 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City, Utah. In addition, the firm would develop a master plan for a 16-acre parcel located at 425 Gilmore Way, Park City, Utah, that includes a 12-court outdoor pickleball facility with possible room for expansion, a parking lot, parking lot lighting, and recreational amenities. This would include conceptual designs and cost estimates. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to ken@parkcity.org by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the proposals when deemed in the best interest of the Park City Municipal Corporation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
