Site work and paving for a road / highway in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Rossi Hill is a local, residential street. Construction will generally consist of roadway surface reconstruction, intersection improvements, roadway narrowing, water line replacement, and new surface and underground storm drain improvements. The total roadway length is approximately 3,000 feet. PCMC reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, and/or make reductions in, or expand the scope of work, and waive any minor irregularities. It is anticipated that PCMC City Council will consider the lowest responsive, responsible bid on March 17, 2022 for award. Project Consists of: i) Reconstruct and resurface existing roadway (sections of mill & fill, sections of full pavement removal and replacement) ii) Narrow roadway section in specific locations on downhill side of street. iii) Install new storm drain system from McHenry Street to Silver Creek iv) Replace water line in specific area of Rossi Hill Drive
