Site work for a water / sewer project in Park City, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of Installation of 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe. All work shall conform to PCMC Design Standards, Specifications, and Standard Drawings, unless otherwise indicated. Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
