Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project provides traffic and pedestrian improvements along U.S. 17-92 from south of Nottingham Street to south of Monroe Avenue. Access management changes are proposed at various locations. New raised medians are planned on U.S. 17-92 at Garden Drive, Vivian Avenue, and north of Aragon Avenue. The project also includes creating wider sidewalks, and upgrading pedestrian crosswalks, sidewalk curb ramps, intersection lighting and pedestrian signals. 408429-2 The project also proposes to reconstruct and upgrade the existing traffic signals at Orange Avenue, Minnesota Avenue, Fairbanks Avenue, Morse Boulevard, and Webster Avenue. Additional improvements include adding eastbound left turn lanes at Fairbanks Avenue and Orange Avenue, drainage upgrades and aesthetic improvements in coordination with the City of Winter Park. The project will also evaluate adding raised intersections at Minnesota Avenue, Morris Boulevard and Webster Avenue. As part of this project, bicycle traffic between Orange Avenue and Lee Road will be directed to the new multi-use path along Denning Drive. As of July 29, 2025, this project has not yet received funding. Right of way acquisition phase will start once the owner identifies all parcels needed and funding has been secure. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, this project is not currently in the five-year work program. *The engineer firm Parsons, will not accept phone call inquiries at this time.
