Project Description: A new two-story, 50,700 square foot early college high school serving grades 9 through 12 for 500 students. The project includes an administration suite, classrooms, science labs, cafeteria and kitchen, and a large robotics and manufacturing teaching space. The foundation consists of drilled piers and slab on grade construction. Exterior wall construction is steel stud with masonry veneer, metal panel, and storefront system doors and windows. Site work includes parking, drives, stormwater management features, utilities, landscaping and natural turf. Project No. 220076 *As of June 13, 2023, project is currently under construction, with around 11% done. Construction started back in March, 2023.
