Contractor is to provide generators preventative maintenance and servicing. For the Sheriff's Office, located at the Travis County Corrections Complex (TCCC), 3614 Bill Price Road, Del Valle, TX 78617, Contractor shall provide preventative annual service and level 3 service for the emergency power systems as defined below. . For the Juvenile Probation Department, located at Gardner-Betts Juvenile Detention Center, 2515 South Congress, Austin, Texas 78704, Contractor shall provide quarterly maintenance and 2-hr load bank test. 3. ANNUAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: 3.1. Contractor shall: 3.1.1. Inspect the generator before performing any service and document the condition. 3.1.2. Change engine oil. 3.1.3. Replace all oil filter(s) 3.1.4. Replace all air filter(s) 3.1.5. Replace all fuel filter(s) 3.1.6. Lubricate front and rear generator bearings. Fan bearings. 3.1.7. Perform 2-hour load bank test after all the above is complete, with at least one hour at 80% or greater load. Volts, amps, and watts shall be logged for each phase at 15-minute intervals. 3.1.8. Contractor shall perform transfer test to document the generator transfers power in less than 10 seconds in the presence of Contract Administrator. TERM OF CONTRACT: This contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months commencing upon award by the Travis County Commissioners Court, or May 22, 2022, whichever is later. OPTION TO EXTEND: County may unilaterally extend this Contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods and three (3) additional one (1) month periods (individually, an "Option to Extend" and collectively, the "Options to Extend"), and all provisions of this Contract, except for term and price, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. County shall exercise an Option to Extend no sooner than ninety (90) calendar days prior to expiration of the then current term. The total term of this Contract, including the Options to Extend, shall not exceed fifty-one (51) months. County shall have the right to exercise all or a portion of the Options to Extend in any combination it deems necessary.
