Del Valle Independent School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified authorized service providers ("Service Provider") for the inspection, service, repair, and replacement of related equipment as eligible under state and local procurement processes. This acquisition shall be for equipment according to the specifications set forth herein. The District is seeking the proposals for the repair and replacement of flooring throughout the District. Flooring repair and replacement services will be based on the needs of the District, submission should include costs for good, better, and best options based on the representations of the manufacturers and installers for products that would be optimal in an educational setting. The District will select the final product option for each project based on the needs of the facility and planned use. Del Valle Independent School District (known herein as "DVISD or "the District") is accepting Proposals from vendors, referred to as Proposers prior to award and Contractor after award, to provide contracted services in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. This solicitation is issued per Texas Education Code Chapter 44, Sub Chapter B. This solicitation is a Continuous Opportunity Bid, meaning that Proposers may be awarded periodically through the term, which ends June 30, 2022 at 5 p.m. As Proposers are awarded, the solicitation will be temporarily closed, then reopened with a document showing vendors awarded to date.
