Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Re-grading and turf establishment for an athletic field. Alternate to install an irrigation system. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town understands that establishment of turf over the athletic field will continue past the 60 calendar day timeframe. The athletic field turf shall be fully established and accepted as soon as possible and no later than April 1, 2023 The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals Re-grading of existing athletic field 2. Re-establishment of natural turf 3. Pricing per cubic yard to install additional topsoil in excess of 150 CY for grading of athletic field. 4. Pricing per cubic yard to install additional fill in excess of 1,260 CY for grading of athletic field. 5. (Alternate 1) Installation of an irrigation system with associated controls and equipment
