ITS equipment, service cabinet, conductors, concrete curb ramps, and limited sidewalk reconstruction. Bidders are advised that as required by the Fresno Municipal Code, the City of Fresno is implementing new National Targeted Worker requirements for public work of improvement contracts over $200,000. The mandatory participation level for National Targeted Workers is 15%.
