Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed includes replacement of water treatment equipment at the Gilman Wells at 450 NW Gilman Blvd and construction of a new water treatment building at the Risdon Wells at 240 NW Gilman Blvd. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Beth Mende at (909) 528-1002 or elizabeth.mende@hdrinc.com. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of both schedules RN File No. 1424-002A
