Bridge Waterproofing Membrane This project includes placing a waterproofing membrane at five bridge locations along Bay Park Road, Ashmore Road and Ackerman Road. The locations are as follows: Bay Park Road at Vassar Road over the Southgate Drain. Bay Park Road at Kirk Road over the Allen Drain. Bay Park Road at Thomas Road over the Walker-Hayes Drain. Ashmore Road over the State and Colling Drain. Ackerman Road over the State Intercounty Drain.
