DASNY is soliciting bids for the Gymnasium & Expansion of the Outdoor Recreational Area including Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Abatement project at the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center Building 64. The project consists of four (4) prime construction contracts; General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection and Electrical. The project scope of work involves the construction of a gymnasium addition and associated interior renovations, site and drainage improvements, expansion of an outdoor recreational area and fencing.
