The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the installations of landfill gas conveyance piping. February 18, 2022 by 2:00 P.M. Question Period Closes. No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the bid due date. Answers will be provided to all prospective bidders who have downloaded the bid package for this project from the Authority's website. An email notification will be sent that informs bidders that new information has been posted to the Authority's website and is available for review and download. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 4% Contract term: 90 The Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received or to award partial Bids to more than one Bidder.
