Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Rodman, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Question Deadline: 05/20/2026 at 4:00 PM ET The scope of work requires the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment, and material necessary for the cleaning, prepping, and lining of four existing culverts located on the Materials Management Facility (MMF) site. One of the four culverts will require an 8-foot extension and applicable backfill. Instructions to bidders: Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder submitting a bid that complies with all requirements. Bidders must observe all conditions of employment and minimum wage rates as applicable under the contract. The Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids received or to award partial bids to more than one bidder. Contracting goals include SDVOB 4.00%, MBE 9.00%, and WBE 21.00%.
