The project is for installation of a new Metal Roofing system over the existing shingle roof to include all metal flashing, drip edge, vents, and fasteners. The existing slope of the roof is approx. 3:12 pitch, with a 10’ eave height. The total roof area is approximately 14,550 SF. 2. Protect the surrounding area including boardwalks, sidewalks, and vegetation. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility. 3. The Contractor shall follow all applicable County, State and Federal codes and regulations. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits required through the County. 4. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all old roofing materials and debris with close attention to the removal of nails from the work area.
