The City of Roseville is seeking proposals for qualified firms who provide elevator maintenance and repair service. Maintenance is scheduled on a monthly basis and repairs on an as-needed basis at the various City locations. All work shall be provided in a professional manner in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies, including, but not limited to, all Federal, State and Local safety rules and regulations. This is a prevailing wage project. Proposals shall only be mailed via regular mail or submitted via electronic mail, as City offices and buildings are closed to the public. No hand delivered proposals will be accepted.Direct all inquiries regarding this RFP in writing to Darci Carpenter, Administrative Technician(Facility Services) by accessing the RFP from electronically no later than Wednesday,February 9, 2022. City Responses to Written Question: 2/11/2022 The successful Contractor will be required to provide a 100% Faithful Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Bond using the City forms. Commencement of Services : 3/17/2022 End date: 30 June 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
