Project consists of the following: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, administration, supervision, insurance coverage, and any other facilities and services necessary to successfully construct, start-up, and warranty the completed Project. The major items include: a. Milling and resurfacing of approximately 32,500 linear feet of existing pavement approximately 22-ft in width for the following streets. 1) Osprey Landing Drive, Eaglebrooke Boulevard to Reflections Lake Drive 2) Reflections Lake Drive, Osprey Landing Drive to Dead End 3) Reflections Lake Loop 4) Vista Hills Drive 5) Eagle Ridge Loop 6) Eagle Ridge Boulevard 7) Eagle Ridge Drive 8) Eagle Ridge Way 9) Eagle View Loop 10) Eagle Ridge Court 11) Eaglebrooke Boulevard 12) Island Lake Lane 13) Cascade Court 14) Clearpointe Way b. Point Repir of Subbase and base on Reflections lake Loop. c. Replacement of existing pavement markings and raised reflectors. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish an acceptable Public Construction Bonds ( a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond) in the amounts of two separate and distinct bonds for the full amount required of the Contract Price at the time of execution of the Agreement. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
