A one-story addition to existing Hermitage R-IV School in Hermitage, MO to include a New Early Learning Center. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, site work, new construction, structural steel framing, concrete, TPO roof systems, storefront, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finish work. Structure will have bar joists and metal framed construction with brick exterior cladding and a perforated entrance screen element. This addition will include 4 classrooms, an indoor activity area, a work room, storage area, counseling area, 4 restrooms, 5 storage areas, mechanical room, IT room and several ramped level changes. Interior finishes consist of but are not limited to LVT, carpeting, sealed concrete, rubber tread and resinous floor covering. Acoustic ceiling tile, gypsum ceilings, porcelain tile, acoustic wall panels, custom casework and wall protection paneling are also incorporated into this project. The project consists of construction of a New Early Learning Center Addition and High School Renovations.
