Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Jasper, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids toremove and replace existing flooring in the Hamilton Doctor's Building currently being occupied by Dr. Renald as Smidtas. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all labor, materials and specifications to remove existing VCT flooring, seal the substrate, and replace with new flooring.Materials:Provide color samples for tenant selection.All work and materials to be warrantied for 36 months for work man ship and products used. Hamilton County vendors realize a 5% preference over non county vendors. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to refuse any or all bids in whole or in part, with or without cause, and/or to accept the bid that in his best judgment will be for the best interest of Hamilton County.
