As of March 28,2022, This project has been awarded to the following Roofing Sub Contractors, with the awarded amount of Amos Exteriors Inc. $659,765.00 Ziolkowski Construction Inc. $64,511.00 2022 Roofing & Roof Related Work at Various Locations Said bid proposal shall include all labor, materials and services necessary to complete the above project in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared by The Etica Group, Inc. For the grid cut and overlay of existing roof system with new EPDM roof system to various roof areas at Kokomo High School. Project Location: Kokomo High School 2501 S. Berkley Road Kokomo, Indiana, 46902 Bon Air School 2800 N. Apperson Way Kokomo, Indiana, 46901 Bids are to be received by a single prime contractor. Bidders are to include with their sealed bid, a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid in the form of a bank draft, certified check, money order or bid bond. In the event any bidder withdraws their bid or fails to execute a contract and/or furnish all required bonds within ten (10) days after the award of contract to the successful bidder by Kokomo School Corporation, Kokomo School Corporation may declare the successful bidder's bid deposit forfeited to Kokomo School Corporation as liquidated damages. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Kokomo School Corporation, with the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project to which the bid is for on the front of the envelope. Unsuccessfull bidders, upon returning complete plans and specifications, that are in good and usable conditions within ten (10) days of the bid date, will be refunded their plan deposit.
