Fit Out of Gymnasium Restrooms at York County School of Technology Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Building Construction. 2. Plumbing Construction Project consists of the completion of two restrooms that were unfinished in a previous project. Work will include fitting out of the restrooms including installation of plumbing fixtures, architectural finishes, and completion of electrical and mechanical fit out. Successful bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Clarification Deadline 2/21/2022 4:00 PM Full and final completion shall be by 19 August, 2022. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10% percent of the proposal amount. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening. except as permitted under the Bid Withdrawal Act, 73 P.S. Section 1602. However, this time period is extended to 120 days if the award of a contract is delayed due to the required approval by another government agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania Law. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
