Request for proposal (RFP) to prepare a Historic Structure Report for the Washington County Historic Courthouse in Stillwater, MN. The Historic Structure Report will accomplish the following objectives: it will provide documentary, graphic, and physical information about the Historic Courthouses history and existing condition; it will make recommendations for restoration and for the use and re-use of the property that meet County goals; and it will serve as the foundation for and guide future work and investment in restorations and repairs. Consultant Questions Due February 11, 2022 Response to Questions Released February 14, 2022 The consultant shall propose a project schedule based on a project completion date of no later than October 1, 2022. The report will not be considered finalized until County staff, the Minnesota Historical Society, and other select stakeholders have an opportunity to review/comment.
