Bid Bond or Certified Bank Check: Must be for 10% of the price of the Bid. Performance Bond or Certified Bank Check: Must be for 100% of completed cost of project/service. Obtain the requisite building permit from the Town of Johnston (Fee waived for this community project). 2. Provide and set up all safety measures as required by OSHA. 3. Provide all necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the HVAC Mechanical System construction and installation for the Rainone Gym Renovation Project (single floor structure) as shown in Architectural Drawings/Permit Set M1.0 (Page 3 of PDF) and M2.0 (Page 4 of PDF). Enumerated details can be found in the General HVAC Notes section on the left side of Sheet No: M2.0 (Page 4 of PDF). See attached. 4. Contractor to submit unit selection options (i.e., Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi) and lead time for approval. 5. Perform all work according to State of Rhode Island Building Code and all relevant codes. 6. All labor is prevailing wage as per State and Federal Guidelines. 7. Leave premises clean and orderly. 8. Furnish and honor product manufacturers' warranties as listed.
