The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, parts, and materials as may be required to provide all "on call" service for the repair, replacement of all HVAC equipment, replacement of parts, installation and testing of parts, including but not limited to the following as required by the Mobile Housing Authority. The contractor may be asked to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all or some HVAC equipment Mobile Housing Authority (MHA) has issued the following Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is soliciting bids from qualified firms interested in providing services in response to the following IFB. Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified licensed and insured contractors interested in HVAC Repair for Residential Services to the Mobile Housing Authority and/or its for-profit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies. It is MHA's intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified firms Clarifications Questions Due by: March 14, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. cst Anticipated Approval by MHA's Authority of Commissioners April 2022 Mobile Housing Authority Central Office 151 S. Claiborne St., Mobile, Al 36602 Pre-bid Conference will not be held. The MHA reserves the right not to award a contract pursuant to this IFB The MHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the MHA to be in its best interests
