Site work for a municipal facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, materials, and safety equipment to Erect approximately 800 linear feet of 8 foot height chain link fencing, including Two (2) 12 foot controlled access gates, One (1) 12 foot manual dual swing gate, and One (1) 4 foot manual single swing pedestrian gate. Ninety (90) calendar days are allowed for the construction of the project. A Performance Bond in the form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the contract price will be required at the signing of the contract. A cashier's check drawn on an Alabama bank or a Bidder's Bond, payable to Mobile County, Alabama, for an amount not less than Five percent (5%) of the amount bid, but no more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) payable to Mobile County Commission, shall be filed with the proposal, the Bidder's Bond being prepared on the form specified and signed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. A Labor and Materials bond in form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the contract price, insuring payment for all labor and materials, shall also be required at the signing of the contract. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of said Contract.
