Smyrna, Georgia is seeking bids for a Design-Build contract to construct the Smyrna Splash Pad / Sprayground. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a new splash pad / sprayground area. The design includes two splash pads, flexible lawn spaces, numerous shade structures / picnic areas, lounging areas, gravel parking area, and restroom / concession area. SUBMITTAL INQUIRIES All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFQ 22-028 and must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2022. All answers will be sent to all proposers no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 25, 2022. No contact will be permitted between proposers and any City staff members or elected officials, except through the Purchasing Manager. Inquiries and RFIs about this request should be made to: Barkley Richey, CPS, Email: brichey@cps-atlanta.com. All questions shall be submitted in writing. The City of Smyrna has the right to accept and/or reject any and all submittals.
