**As of May 21, 2022, the bids received were over the construction estimate and higher than the City’s contingency allowance. Therefore, the project has been shelved until the City determines how to move forward.** The City of Fayetteville is seeking certified contractors for the construction of a new pump station, generator, and concrete pad, installation of 8-inch and 12-inch PVC and DIP water lines, and other miscellaneous improvements as further defined in the Contract Documents. A State of Arkansas Contractor's License is required for all bidders and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline.
