Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jenks, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 1 2022 this project has an apparent low bidder. Estimated construction budget is $1,250,000. The bidding process shall be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid if the bid equals or exceeds $50,000.00. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference.The General Conditions set forth the Owner's requirements as to performance and other Bonds. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it shall be accompanied by the required Contract Security. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Architect in writing. Written questions may e-mailed to the Architect at greg.helms@gshelms.com. Replies will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded by the Architect as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than two days prior to the date of opening of Bids will not be clarified and will be without legal effect. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions of bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
