Renovation of a fire / police facility in Jenks, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bids received more than twenty-four (24) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No bidder can withdraw his Bid after the opening date. Attention is called to the fact that a designated completion date for this project will be established based upon the Calendar Days To Complete provided by the Bidder on the Bid Form. There will be a $500.00 per day Liquidated Damages Clause in the contract for the project. The scheduled completion date is the date on which the Contractor receives a Certificate of Substantial Completion. The Project Overview: 1. Interior & Exterior Upgrades to Existing Jenks Fire Station #2, including but not limited to: a. Painting b. Epoxy Floor Coating c. Window Tinting d. Light Fixture Upgrades BIDDER accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to Liquidated Damages of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day in the event of failure to complete the project within the number of calendar days indicated in the Agreement.
