Renovation of a municipal facility in Pelee Island, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of Existing Generator with New Diesel Unit with Sub-Base Fuel Tank. The scope of work for this option includes but is not limited to provide a temporary generator for the duration of construction, removal of existing generator and fuel storage tank, removal and replacement of the main electrical panel, Installation of new concrete pad to locate the new generator or construction of a new blast wall, installation of bollards / vehicular protection, connect existing electrical power cables (and modify as required) to new generator, Supply and install new generator exhaust system (above roof line), obtain and pay for required permits by authorities having jurisdiction.
