Renovation of a retail development in Pelee Island, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The scope of work requires the selected bidder to provide the removal of all building furniture and fixtures be moved into storage that is located on-site and suppled by the selected bidder. The scope of work also includes the removal of the existing floor within the modular building, the removal of the exterior siding, vestibule and windows. Further to the this, the scope includes installing new floor joists, insulation, new wall studs (as required), new subfloor, new floor finish, reinstalling exterior siding, wall panels and windows, as well as. LCBO fixturing and furniture. Minor rework of the exterior sidewalk and mechanical ventilation to the modular building foundation area is also required and as further outlined in the specifications and drawings. Award subject to final approval.
