Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waunakee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: 1,500 linear feet of ductile iron water main sizes 6 inch through 10 inch and associated valves, 28 each 1 inch copper water service replacements, 4 fire hydrants, 2,445 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewer and laterals sizes 4 inch through 8 inch, 4 sanitary sewer manholes, 1,160 feet of concrete storm sewer pipe up to 24 inch diameter, 9 storm sewer manholes, 11 storm sewer inlets, 2,600 square yards of asphalt milling and pulverizing, 3,500 cubic yards of common excavation, 6,800 tons of crushed stone base course, 2,900 linear feet of curb and gutter removal and replacement, 21,200 square feet of new and replacement concrete sidewalk and driveway, 2,200 tons of asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing of 14 trees, 10 new trees, 3 blocks of urban street seed restoration, erosion control, and pavement markings, among other items. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
