Renovation of a municipal facility in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construct a permanent security kiosk at the south building entrance where all visitors must check in prior to accessing the rest of the building. All existing cameras are to be replaced. Install additional cameras as noted. Add card access to the elevators to restrict basement access to staff only. Lock off stairwell access to the basement with new card readers. Reprogram existing card readers to be smart card compliant. Replace all existing DRI boards with new.
