If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please provide costs per lineal foot for the cleaning and televising rates for both the sanitary sewer and for each of the various diameters of storm sewer work separately to Judith A. Neu, Village Engineer, by 12 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Please also provide an estimate of the cost breakdown for Cleaning and Televising Inspection Documentation Services for the project based on the scoping information provided below, system maps, and the attached Specification for TV Inspection of Pipelines. The final televising documentation reports of all the sanitary and storm sewer must be submitted to the Village by July 11, 2022. Copies of the proposed locations for cleaning and televising of the sanitary and storm sewer system maps are highlighted in the attachments: One sheet of the overall concept plan map for the Prides and Sussex Heights Neighborhood. One sheet of the overall sanitary sewer system map for the Prides and Sussex Heights Neighborhood. Five sheets of the storm sewer system maps for the Prides and Sussex Heights Neighborhood. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
