Description The Pointe-de-l' le school service center is issuing a call for tenders for the replacement of the interior finish, phase 2 at Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys elementary school. All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents and their addenda, if applicable. Timeline The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the work site, from July 4, 2022 . The start date of the work is July 4, 2022. The date of taking possession before the end of the works (early) is August 17, 2022. The date of receipt with reservation of the work is September 14, 2022 . This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than October 5, 2022 , i.e. 21 days following the date of receipt with reservation of the work. Acceptance without reservation of the work is scheduled for December 4, 2022 , i.e. sixty (60) days following the end date of the period for correcting deficiencies.
