From qualified consultants ("Offerors") to provide professional services associated with Public Safety Communications Systems Engineering and Consulting, including system planning, system design, system procurement and supervision of installation of a new public safety communications system. This contract will be awarded utilizing the process of competitive negotiation as prescribed in 2,2-4302.2 (A) (4), Code of Virginia. The County reserves the right to inspect Offeror's physical facilities prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the Offeror's capabilities. The County further reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Offeror fails to satisfy the County that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the Services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
