Southampton County is requesting bidders to submit competitive prices or bids for providing the described work on the project of audio visual equipment and installation. Request for Information (RFI): All requests for information (RFI's) shall be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than 5pm on December 18, 2023 to the email address noted below. Discrepancies, conflicts, errors, omissions or doubts which are reasonably apparent or should have been reasonably apparent to the bidder, and the bidder failed to submit questions to the Bid Administrator in the time and manner required herein and the Contract is awarded to the bidder, any claims shall be deemed waived and the bidder shall not be entitled to additional compensation or time, or entitled to sue based on such discrepancies, conflicts, errors, omissions, or doubts.
