At this time, Battelle is actively seeking experienced contractors who are interested in performing work in support of these programs. There are numerous upcoming projects which are anticipated to vary in size, complexity, and value, ranging between $25,000 to $5,000,000 which will be awarded on an individual competitive basis. Specific to Booth Replacement projects (construction), Contractors will typically be required to complete or perform the following: - Obtain and comply with all federal, port, city, state, and/or county construction and permitting/license requirements - Comply with security requirements - Site demolition - Trenching - Connection to existing water/sewer and all other utility lines - Roadway traffic control and compliance with local/state regulations during construction; at contractor expense - Removal and disposal of existing on-site booth - Installation of the new booth - Installation of associated power, data, electrical, and fiber optic cables/conduits - Connection to a stand-alone network infrastructure - Preparation of laydown area for equipment - Functionality testing and commissioning - Site restoration and rehabilitation including but not limited to paving as needed - Provide red-line as-built drawings *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
