The Lawrence Township Board of Education is requesting bid proposals for the items or projects listed. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond Payable to the Lawrence Township Board of Education for Not Less Than 10% of the Bid Amount, Not to Exceed $20,000. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the address stated 2565 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 later than the due date and time. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate, Investments in Iran Disclosure and a Political Contributions Disclosure form. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11 as applicable.
