This procurement has been cancelled. The Project Team has decided not to pursue a procurement for this project. The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites firms on the 2021 Regional Planning Bench under Service Categories 5: Transportation Policy and Implementation and/or Service Category 6: Transportation Program Development and Administration to apply for this project. MTC is seeking to hire a consultant to assist the City of San Jose to develop a parking and transportation management district. This district is a framework of policies and implementation activities for new developments in the Five Wounds Urban Village (FWUV) area, providing them an effective way to manage parking and transportation demands while meeting the City's transportation demand management (TDM) requirements. The Consultant shall assist with assessing existing conditions, collecting and analyzing parking data, identifying and assessing parking and transportation management strategies, and developing a parking and transportation management framework for the FWUV Update area, along with conducting outreach and engagement activities to support the development of policies and the framework. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
