The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal and salvage of existing fixed seating components. 2. Removal of existing sealants and joint material. 3. Surface preparation. 4. Installation of new traffic coating in accordance with Contract Documents. 5. Installation of new joint material per Contract Documents. 6. Reinstallation of existing fixed seating components. 7. Application of contrast stripes on existing stairs. 8. Application of row numbers on existing fixed seating components. The Work includes installation of new traffic coating on the existing lower bowl concrete treads and risers, which includes removal and reinstallation of existing bleachers and fixed seating, surface preparation, removal and reinstallation of sealants and control joint material, and other scope as noted in the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
