ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County at the Facilities Department Conference Room, 1 Magnum Pass, Building F, Mobile, AL 36618 until 10:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday March 01, 2022 for THEODORE HIGH SCHOOL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM UPGRADE, 6201 Swedetown Road N, Theodore, AL 36582. DCM #2020801; PSCA #9127; FPN 19-42; at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00 must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the Bid Documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
